    i also have a similar case , but not able to identify the larva . they were around 24 simultaneosly of about 500 microns. what they can be?

    it looks like a botfly larva. perhaps a small flying insect or the botfly itself deposited the eggs near the eye or on the eye, and the hatched larva burrowed into the eye. look up botfly larva and you’ll see what i mean.
